UPDATED INFO REGARDING PPD SWAT CALLOUT ON MONDAY MORNING

We're learning more about the Pensacola Police SWAT response on Boland Place earlier this week -- Spokesman Mike Wood says there were 9 children in the home, and officers believed the suspect was armed. In the end 34-year-old David Rutledge surrendered shortly after the SWAT team and hostage negotiators arrived at the home. Wood says PPD was helped by the Sheriff's Office, who loaned them their Bearcat to use during the incident.
