Pensacola Man Arrested for DUI Manslaughter in Crash That Killed 17-Year-Old

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A Pensacola man is in jail on DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges in connection with a November crash that killed a 17-year-old on Highway 29. Florida Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Terrell Rease was driving 117 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone when his Dodge Challenger slammed into a Toyota on Thanksgiving Day 2025. The teen was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. Rease's blood alcohol level was between 0-09 and 0-16 according to FHP. He is held without bond pending a bond hearing.
