(Washington, DC) -- Ashley Moody is part of a bipartisan effort to stop financial aid fraud. Senator Moody and others introduced the No Aid For Ghost Students Act. She says ghost students are those who use fake or stolen IDs to submit federal financial aid applications and take money meant for legit students. Moody says the bill takes common-sense steps to verify identity, strengthen oversight and ensure federal dollars are not wasted.
