It looks like temperatures could drop down into the 30s around our area the next few nights, and Santa Rosa County has announced that their cold weather shelters will be open tonight through Wednesday the 20th. The shelter is located at Ferris Hill Baptist Church. Those who want to stay at the cold-weather shelter need to arrive between 6:30 and 8:30 each night -- nobody will be admitted after 8:30 unless they are brought in by law enforcement. The shelter will close each morning at 7 AM.
