The Florida Highway Patrol says a Pensacola woman connected to a fatal crash was arrested in Miami yesterday. That's Jasmine West, who was located by US Marshalls and was arrested for an active warrant out of Escambia County. Back on December 30th of last year, West was driving south on Davis Highway when she allegedly crossed into the northbound lanes and struck another vehicle head-on. The driver was killed and three other passengers were injured. Investigators say West was under the influence at the time of the crash. West will be extradited to Escambia County, and face multiple charges including DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and driving with no license.
