MAN CHARGED FOR FATAL DUI CRASH ON CHEMSTRAND

An Escambia County man has been charged for a fatal DUI crash last November. 31-year-old Casey Folds was arrested yesterday on DUI manslaughter and DUI causing serious injury charges for a crash on Chemstrand Road last November 13th.. FHP says Folds went off the road and then swerved back on, which caused a crash with another vehicle and a motorcycle. The driver of the other vehicle died from their injuries. Troopers say Folds blood alcohol level was .315 at the time of the crash.
