GULF BREEZE DOG PARK STILL CLOSED, CITY WORKING ON 'CODE OF CONDUCT'

The dog park in Gulf Breeze has been closed for two weeks since disagreements between dog owners resulted in allegations being made against each other and ADA complaints being made against the park.... City officials say the park will remain temporarily closed until the ADA issues are addressed. City Manager Sam Abell says the city is also planning on officially crafting a "code of conduct" for the park -- which means that basic rules such as no bullying, and no feeding other people's dogs will be enforced, and violators will be evicted from the park. Abell says the rules will be similar to what you would see at any public ballpark.
