Florida Legislature Passes 2026 Farm Bill

Tallahassee, FL -- Florida lawmakers have passed the 2026 Farm Bill. The measure prohibits local governments from banning gas or diesel-powered equipment and blocks high-density development on rural and conservation land. The bill also includes a ban on door-to-door commercial solicitation at homes displaying a no solicitation sign. The bill now heads to the governor.
