FIRE IN PACE

Several agencies were called to a house fire in Pace over the weekend. Santa Rosa County officials say the fire on the 55-hundred block of Oakmont Drive at about 11 AM on Saturday. When firefighters arrived the home was fully engulfed in flames. Luckily there were no injuries -- the cause of the fire has not yet been determined. First responders from Pace, Avalon, Escambia Fire Rescue, and Lifeguard EMS all responded.
