Cantonment Woman Claims Crystal Rocks Are for Witchcraft, Arrested on Drug Charges

Escambia County, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- A Cantonment woman's unusual explanation didn't keep her out of jail. Thirty-two-year-old Haley McLemore was arrested on drug charges during a Cottage Hill traffic stop after a trooper found a meth bong on the floorboard and a glass pipe with meth residue in her purse. When asked about separate rocks found in two suede bags, McLemore told the trooper they were crystal rocks with healing powers used in witchcraft. She's charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was released on three-thousand dollar bond.
