EIGHT MORE TSA OFFICERS HEADED TO AIRPORT

Earlier this week we learned that Pensacola's mayor had reached out to our local political delegation, including Senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio, and Representative Matt Gaetz for help to get the TSA to speed up wait times for travelers at the Pensacola International Airport -- we're now seeing reports that the TSA is listening and will be sending additional officers next month. The PNJ reports that eight additional TSA officers from their National Deployment Force will be sent to the Pensacola airport starting on May 5th. They'll be in Pensacola through July.
