DEL TACO POSSIBLY COMING TO ESCAMBIA COUNTY -- David Wayne
Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Big news on the taco front -- A report in the PNJ says that Escambia County may be getting a Del Taco restaurant. Del Taco is a popular Mexican fast food chain, mainly along the West Coast but has locations nationwide and five in other parts of Florida. A developer based in Miami is looking at a location off of Brent Lane for the first location here in Escambia County. They have submitted plans to the Escambia County Development Review Committee. If you've never been to a Del Taco, they have Mexican food staples like tacos and burritos, breakfast, burgers, and various dessert items.
