D C REEVES ON PUBLIC SAFETY FOLLOWING NEW ORLEANS ATTACK

Pensacola could see some changes to keep crowds safer at public events. This comes after the terror attack that left 15 dead and dozens injured in New Orleans last week. Pensacola Mayor DC Reeves addressed the issue at this morning's press conference. H stressed that no decisions have been made yet. He says the city has a team dedicated to keeping citizens safe, and they are looking into options for upcoming public events now. Reeves says there will be things that citizens notice, and there will also be changes that go unnoticed -- which he says is intentional. He says there will likely be some safety-related announcements in the next several weeks.
