ATMORE MAN CHARGED FOR FATAL SHOOTING -- David Wayne
Atmore, AL (Newsradio 92.3) -- An Atmore man has been charged with a fatal shooting over the weekend. Police say 25-year-old Charles Walker faces charges related to Saturday morning's fatal shooting on Martin Luther King Jr Avenue and Bragg Street. Police say the victim, identified as Okeema McCants was shot and killed after attempting to stop a large fight between several males. Investigators are still looking for other suspects in the case.
