Three men were arrested in Eacambia County following a carjacking at the Jasmine Creek Apartments on Saturday evening. It happened near the paper mill around Woodbury Circle. Officials say the crash involved an SUV and a passenger car -- the car was ripped in half and burst into flames. One person in the car died at the scene, another was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
