CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “ADX Communications General Contest Rules” dated 02-11-22 If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.

 

A.  DATE OF CONTEST:  08.25.25 - 8.29.25

 

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.  Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

 

C.  HOW TO ENTER

 

Register to win by opening the NewsRadio Pensacola app between 5am & 5pm CST Monday through Friday and filling out the form to register.

 

D. HOW TO PLAY

 

Enter all required information.  1 Winner will be randomly selected from all entries.  You do not need to be present to win.

 

E.  ELIGIBILITY 

This is a local contest sponsored by ADX Communications, and it has no connection to any other organization.  The Contest is open to all Cat Country 98.7 listeners at least 18 years old.  Winners can win prize no more than one (1) time each thirty (30) days. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and at least 18 years old as determined by the Station and winners must reside in the Escambia, FL or Santa Rosa, Fl.  Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize allowed per household for each Contest in every thirty (30) days. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether related. Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

 

 

F. PRIZES

Winners will be announced at 5:15pm CST Monday through Friday on Pensacola Right Now on NewsRadio 92.3. Winners will be emailed so they may respond with their contact information and text number for the tickets to be transferred to them digitally. 

 

Each day a new winner will be selected. 

Each day 1 Pair of tickets to see FSU play against Alabama on Aug 30, 2025 at Doak Walker Stadium will be awarded.

 

All prizes awarded to one eligible contest entrant.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.  To claim prize, winner must reply to the email notifying them that they won and they must relay the appropriate information to transfer the tickets digitally to them. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida, 32504.
