Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The off-duty Escambia County deputy involved in a deadly crash in Perdido Key last summer is now facing felony charges. 58-year-old Gregory Nesmith was arrested Sunday night and booked into the Escambia County Jail on two counts of vehicular homicide.
