A 20-year-old woman was charged in Okaloosa County for allegedly kicking an infant in the head. Kiara Bautista-Caceres, of Panama City Beach, was booked into Okaloosa County Jail Monday night on charges of: aggravated child abuse, and resisting arrest. She also now has a hold for ICE. The incident happened Monday evening in Fort Walton Beach in a vehicle. According to the arrest report, witnesses say Bautista-Caceres was sitting in the front passenger seat when she started acting aggressive and crazy over the infant crying in the back seat.She then allegedlyturned around and kicked the infant in the head. The boyfriend was able to get the baby out of the car and away from her, before deputies were called. When deputies tried to arrest Bautista-Caceres, she became aggressive and resisted. She was eventually taken to the ground and handcuffed.
