TRAFFIC ISSUES ON BLUE ANGEL PARKWAY

Some folks who live around Blue Angel Parkway say the traffic twice a week during Blue Angel practice days is causing them problems. One resident says they've routinely seen vehicles driving in lanes that don't exist, or even on the grass on the side of the road... and she's worried that if there were an emergency an emergency vehicle may not be able to get to a residence in her neighborhood. County commissioner Mike Kohler says he's looking into solutions. There's a meeting scheduled next week with the county, F-DOT, Congressman Matt Gaetz's office, and the sheriff's department. He says they'll look into what can be done to alleviate the traffic issues.
