Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The University of West Florida's Askew Lecture Series is heading back to downtown Pensacola next month with a pretty timely topic. On April 9th, South Korean politics scholar Dr. Erik Mobrand will lead a discussion on East Asia, the United States, and the future of democracy at the Museum of Commerce. The free public event kicks off with a reception at five-thirty, followed by the lecture at six and a book signing at seven-fifteen. Mobrand is a Princeton-educated professor at Seoul National University and author of "Top-Down Democracy in South Korea."
