Survey: Two-Thirds of Pensacola Residents Say City Moving in Right Direction

Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- About two-thirds of Pensacola residents say the city is headed in the right direction, according to the latest annual satisfaction survey conducted by the UWF Haas Center. The sixty-six percent figure is down four points from last year's peak of seventy percent. Residents ranked housing costs and homelessness as the top issues they want the city to address. The Fire Department earned the highest approval rating of any city department at ninety-seven percent, while Parking came in lowest at sixty-eight percent.
