SANTA ROSA CRASH INJURES TWO KIDS

Two children were seriously injured in a car crash over the weekend. The incident happened at about 8:24 pm Friday on westbound I-10 at the mile marker 28 exit ramp in Santa Rosa County. A car allegedly ran off the road, collided with a tree, and caught fire. Four people from Tallahassee reportedly were in the car, and were able to exit with the assistance of a witness. A 4-year-old girl and 1-year-old boy were seriously injured in the crash, one of whom was airlifted to a Pensacola hospital. One child is still in critical condition. The other child and other occupants, including a 40-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, are all listed in stable condition.
