Baldwin County, AL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The bodies of a Theodore mother and her 2 children have been found buried in a wooded area in Summerdale, Baldwin County. Authorities identified the victims as 40-year-old Aurelia Choc, her 17-year-old daughter Niurka, and her 2-year-old son Anthony. All 3 were killed with an edged weapon, wrapped in plastic and bedding, and buried together. Hector Argueta-Guerra, initially charged with kidnapping the family, now faces multiple counts of capital murder. Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty. Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch says Argueta-Guerra is a suspected Sureños gang member who had been ordered deported but was released in 2021. The family was last seen alive January 30th.
