PENSACOLA BEACH GETS NEW LIFESAVING DEVICES

041525 New lifesaving devices have been installed along Pensacola Beach thanks to the Gulf Breeze Rotary Club. The organization installed 40 rescue tubes for emergencies. The tube is a portable flotation device that anyone on shore can grab and quickly throw to a struggling swimmer. According to the Rescue Tube Foundation, drowning is the third leading cause of unintentional death worldwide.
