Penascola Man Indicted for Attempted Murder of DEA Agent, Drug Charges

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A Pensacola man is now facing charges for the attempted murder of a federal agent. 35-year-old Austin McCastler was indicted by a federal grand jury last week on several drug charges and attempted murder. Officials say McCastler fired shots at a DEA agent as a search warrant was being served at his Pensacola home. He's due in court tomorrow for an arraignment. He could face life in prison if convicted.
