New Development Proposed for Community Maritime Park Project

Penascola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Developers of the Reverb by Hard Rock Hotel are in talks with Pensacola officials about a new project at Community Maritime Park -- which would reportedly feature entertainment, shopping, and residential spaces. According to the PNJ, developers are hoping to attract grocery stores like Trader Joe’s, upscale restaurants, and unique entertainment options, including a premium movie theater. The current plan includes a seven-floor complex with 190-thousand square feet of retail space, 119 residential units, and a 1,300-space parking garage. City officials say the development could be key to unlocking further opportunities within Maritime Park.
