Molino Library, Community Center closing for floor repairs

The Molino Library and Community Center will temporarily shut down for more than a week to address flooring issues, according to an announcement from Escambia County officials.

The closure will affect patrons who rely on the facility for library services and community programs. County officials did not specify an exact reopening date, but indicated the repairs would take slightly more than seven days to complete.

Residents needing library services during the closure can visit other Escambia County library branches. More details about the scope of repairs and a precise reopening timeline are expected from county officials.
