MISTRIAL...

112024 (PNJ) Circuit Judge Coleman Robinson announced a mistrial Wednesday in the case of Sheila Agee, the woman accused of helping her son murder Brooklyn Sims at a Pensacola Home Depot. Agee, who was on trial as a principal to first-degree premeditated murder, will have to wait longer for her day in court after Robinson was forced to declare a mistrial because some jurors reported they felt concerned with their physical safety. Robinson placed Agee's case back on the court docket, with her next court date scheduled for February 5, 2025.
