INVESTIGATION AFTER MEMORY CARE CENTER DEATH

Pensacola FL (WEAR) An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead outside of a nursing home in Ferry Pass this week. 73-year-old Debra Adcock was found outside the Windemere Memory Care Center on Tuesday night with a core body temperature of only 75-degrees. The family says they want to know why staff wasn't watching her closer. Debra's Husband Thomas Adcock says he wants to know how long she was outside before staff members found her. The Escambia Sheriff's Office says an autopsy is being done. The facility did not comment when WEAR reached out this week.
