WALTON COUNTY MASS SHOOTER INDICTED -- David Wayne
Walton County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A Georgia man accused of going on a shooting spree in Walton County last year has been indicted on multiple charges related to the incident. 21-year-old Gunner Cole was indicted by a grand jury on a first-degree premeditated murder charge last Friday, as well as five counts of attempted first-degree premeditated murder, and six counts of shooting into a vehicle. Investigators say Cole shot several people on and near the Sandestin property back in September of 2023, one person was killed and several more were injured during the incident. Cole was eventually arrested after being shot by deputies.
