Former School Custodian Charged with Child Porn Takes Plea Deal

FORMER BEULAH SCHOOL CUSTODIAN TAKES PLEA DEAL IN CHILD PORN CASE -- David Wayne

Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A former Escambia County elementary school custodian that's accused of having child porn has reportedly reached a plea deal with prosecutors. DeAntonio Jackson has pleaded no contest on 15 counts of possession of child pornography -- in exchange prosecutors dropped an additional 5 charges. Jackson was accused of downloading more than 200 illegal images and viewing some of them in the parking lot at Beulah Elementary where he worked. Jackson will be sentenced on January 25th.
