Florida Jobless Claims Rise

Florida is seeing a rise in new unemployment claims. The U.S. Labor Department reports over seven-thousand claims were filed in the state for the week ending July 12th. That's an increase of nearly 900 from the previous week. Nationally, initial claims dropped by seven-thousand, totaling 221-thousand for the same period.
