Ferry Pass Fire Station 7 Officially Transferred to Escambia County

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Escambia County now officially owns the Ferry Pass Fire Station 7 building after the station's volunteer association donated the property to the county. County Administrator Wes Moreno says the transfer clears the title and formally legitimizes a relationship that has existed for years - with the county already maintaining and operating the career station out of the building. Moreno says the donation is largely a formality that reflects the current reality on the ground.
