DeSantis, Cabinet Approve Land For Rays Ballpark

(Tallahassee, FL) -- The Tampa Bay Rays may be closer to moving into their new home. Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Cabinet agreed yesterday to transfer state land to Hillsborough College. The 22-acre plot will be used as part of the new Rays stadium in Tampa. The team hopes to have the stadium built in three years.
