Child Nearly Drowns at Destin Resort

Okaloosa County (Newsradio Pensacola ) -- An 11-month-old child was saved after a near drowning in Destin over the weekend. It happened at the Norriego Point Public Beach access in Okaloosa County. A family member performed CPR until the Coast Guard arrived and took over. EMS was able to revive the child before taking them to the hospital. There's no word on the current condition of the child.
