Charges have been upgraded for the 19-year-old suspect accused of shooting another teen outside of DeLuna Lanes nearly two weeks ago. The State Attorney's Office says that Nicholas Vallia will be charged with 1st-degree Attempted Murder, and will be arraigned on the new charge on October 20th. Originally, he was charged with aggravated battery. The shooting happened on September 23rd at around 1:00 am. 17-year-old Garrett Tucker suffered gunshot wounds to his arm and stomach.
