Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- Charges have been dropped against sixteen-year-old Kanye Walker in the downtown Pensacola mass shooting that killed P-J Sheppard. The State Attorney's Office says the charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence, and Walker's case is now closed. Walker had been accused of handing suspect Nicholas Safford the gun used in the shooting. Safford still faces attempted murder charges, while seventeen-year-old Marley Foster and twenty-five-year-old Lillian Meyers face separate charges tied to the case.
