Century Youth Group Seeks $1M+ From Children's Trust for Early Learning

A Century-based youth organization is asking the Escambia Children's Trust for more than $1 million to expand early childhood learning and family readiness services in northern Escambia County. Extra Mile Club Str8 Up will present its proposal to the Escambia Children's Trust Program Committee during a regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 6. The organization says the funding would support expanded services aimed at preparing young children and families in the area. The committee will consider the request as part of its regular agenda.
