BOCC VOTES NO TO EXTENDED BTC's OFFER

020725 (News Radio923) Thursday Escambia Commissioners voted NO to extend a 30-day period, they granted developer Beulah Town Center, to reach a purchase sale contract to develop OLF 8. Today, BTC withdrew that offer. Late Thursday afternoon, just before Commissioners met, developer Ryan Bell submitted a revised $50 million offer.
