BICYCLIST KILLED

A bicyclist was killed after being hit by a car on Chemstrand Road this morning. It happened just before 6 am near the intersection with Breezy Acres Road. The Florida Highway Patrol says the bicyclist, a 34-year-old Pensacola man was not wearing any reflective clothing, and the driver, a 24-year-old Jay man reported that he didn't see him before the collision. The bicyclist died at the scene of the crash.
