Two Injured in Incident at Eglin Air Force Base

Okaloosa County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- Two military personnel were injured Thursday afternoon at Eglin Air Force Base. The base says both were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. Okaloosa County and base emergency services responded, along with an Explosive Ordnance Disposal team. The base says damage was confined to the High Explosive Research and Development Facility. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
