9th Avenue Reopens to Traffic

Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- 9th Avenue near between Carpenters Creek and Royce Street are back open. PPD says the road reopened over the weekend -- after being closed since Wednesday due to a water main rupture.
