(Tallahassee, FL) -- A bill advancing in Tallahassee would make it illegal to use emergency funds for immigration enforcement. A House subcommittee voted unanimously yesterday to stop the governor from using the money on anything except natural disasters. Panama City Republican State Rep. Griff Griffitts introduced the bill.
