Woman Killed After Being Struck by SUV in Escambia County

Escambia County, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- A woman is dead after being struck by an SUV in Escambia County Monday evening. Florida Highway Patrol says the crash happened around eight-thirty p-m at New Warrington Spur and US-90. An eastbound SUV struck the woman as she walked into its path. The investigation is ongoing and no further details have been released.
