Cat Country 98.7 Nominated For National Marconi Award

Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- NewsRadio's sister station Cat Country 98.7 is up for one of radio's top honors. The station has been nominated for Radio Station of the Year at this year's Marconi Awards, presented by the National Association of Broadcasters. It's one of just five stations nationwide nominated in the category. Owner and General Manager Mary Hoxeng says the honor reflects the team's commitment to listeners and the community. Winners will be announced October twentieth in New York City.
