Vote-By-Mail Ballots Going Out Across Northwest Florida

Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- Vote-by-mail ballots are beginning to reach Northwest Florida voters ahead of the November general election.

The latest state figures show nearly 25-thousand ballots have already gone out in Escambia County, with Republicans and Democrats requesting them in nearly equal numbers. Another 67 Escambia ballots had already been returned as of the latest report.

Santa Rosa County's mailing was still ramping up when the figures were compiled.

The deadline to register for the November third election is next Monday, October fifth.
