TWO ALABAMA WOMEN INJURED IN CRASH

An 11-year-old Alabama girl and a 31-year-old Pensacola woman were seriously injured in a crash yesterday morning in Santa Rosa County. It happened around 9:55 a.m. on I-10 west at mile marker 39. The crash involved only one vehicle -- a pickup truck. The 31-year-old woman was driving, while the 11-year-old Florala girl and 45-year-old Florala woman were the passengers. Life Flight helicopters were called to assist in transporting them to an area hospital. The injuries are not life threatening.
