022425 (PNJ) Tri-W Development is back with an offer to buy the OLF-8 property in Beulah. The company is once again offering $42.5 million for all 540 acres of the property. After withdrawing a bid for the same amount in January, the company submitted a summary of the purchase and sale agreement to the county last week.
