SEC Women's Soccer Tournament Returns to Pensacola Nov. 8–15

Escambia County will host the Southeastern Conference Women's Soccer Tournament for the fifth consecutive year, with matches running November 8–15 at Ashton Brosnaham Athletic Park. The week-long event will feature the top 12 women's soccer teams competing for the conference championship.
The tournament has become a significant draw for the region since 2022, bringing thousands of visitors and generating millions in local economic impact. District 5 Commissioner Steven Barry called the event "an exciting opportunity" to showcase Escambia County and Northwest Florida as a destination for major sporting events. The county's partnership with Pensacola Sports and the SEC has made the annual tournament possible.
Parks and Recreation Director Michael Rhodes said the county has completed facility improvements at Ashton Brosnaham to meet SEC standards. "Our team has been hard at work to ensure the field is ready to welcome the players and their fans," Rhodes said. Fans can view the official tournament bracket, purchase tickets, and check the game schedule on the SEC website and Pensacola Sports website.
