Scott Pushes To Make Daylight Saving Time Permanent

(Washington, DC) -- Rick Scott is once again calling on lawmakers to 'lock the clock.' He took to the senate floor yesterday to discuss his bill that makes Daylight Saving Time permanent. It would end the practice of changing the clocks twice a year. Scott has been pushing this issue since he was governor. He calls it a common-sense change that would simplify and better our lives.
